50% Appointment Deposit
Due to a concerning amount of no call, no shows in the salon over the last few months, from March 1st 2020 we will be taking 50% deposit on all appointments, until the deposit is received the appointment will not be set.
We are saddened to have to implement this, as a small family run salon we have a busy diary, with an ever growing client base, increasing numbers of no shows are affecting the availability of appointments for clients who will attend (or let us know they can’t!)
We understand life happens, and not every appointment can be kept, but letting us know as soon as possible allows us time to offer the appointment to someone else.
A 24 hour cancellation/major changes policy will be in place, if you let us know before 24 hours we will happily transfer your deposit to your Rebooking appointment
We will be accepting deposits via PayPal, bank transfer or cash details will be sent via text message at the time of enquiry
I hope our amazing clients understand, we only want to offer you the best service possible and feel this is the best way forward
